David Evans is the founder, executive director and a major shareholder of Mars Mines Limited with business experience spanning over 28 years in the mining industry, financial services sector and more recently as an entrepreneur and Company founder/Director.
Aharon Zaetz, Non-Executive Director
Aharon Zaetz is a lawyer and experienced director. He brings many years of legal expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business negotiations to his role including experience negotiating with tenement holders and landowners. As a seasoned lawyer, Aharon has assisted clients at all stages of their business journeys, from start-ups to established corporations. He is an experienced ASX investor and GMN shareholder.
Syed Hizam Alsagoff, Non-Executive Director
Syed Hizam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the San Jose State University in California, and is the accomplished Group CFO of Cahya Mata Sarawak, a public listed company in Malaysia. Prior to this, he worked in various leadership positions in the Education, Textile, Semiconductor and Satellite industry’s in Australia and the United States.
Rhys Davies, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Rhys Davies is a Charted Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 20 year experience as chief financial officer, company secretary and/or director of both ASX-listed and private companies across a range of sectors. Rhys is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
